Back on American soil, but currently in the ATL. Yep, I ended up being sick for 7 of the 10 hours of our flight :( Yuck. Now we don’t get home until 10pm!

Roma Day 13
Our last full day in Roma, so we decided to go to the Appian Way. The Appian Way is the first road into the city of Roma. Legend has it that Peter was travelling out of Roma and encountered Jesus. He asked Jesus where he was going and Jesus replied that he was going to Roma to be persecuted. Peter decided to join him. We visited an ancient catacomb along the Appian Way. Enjoyed our last night in Roma, walking the city at night. Hope you enjoyed my pictures and I will let you know once I get them all uploaded for you to see (over 2000!!)
